Modules inside MintWire Customer Operations.

MintWire is built as a set of modules on one shared core. AI Receptionist is the first active product. Everything else below is clearly labelled by its real status — nothing future is sold as live.

Roadmap

Future product areas & channels.

Listed so you know where MintWire is heading. These are not finished products and are not for sale today.

Future product

Prospecting Autopilot

Build and manage a targeted B2B prospect list and move qualified interest into the shared lead workflow. Approved future product/module — sequencing and MVP scope not yet planned for live sale.

Baseline + future

Business Memory

Keep customer context, history, summaries and next steps. Basic memory is included in AI Receptionist today; advanced memory is a future Pro/bundle capability.

Future feature

Bite Radar

Surface missed replies, forgotten follow-ups and cooling leads. Planned as a Customer Operations feature, with a possible small standalone tool later.

Coming soon

Voice channel

Live AI phone receptionist: answers calls, triages inquiries, captures leads. An add-on in development — not connected yet.

Planned

Messenger channels

WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram DM channel adapters. Planned, not yet connected.

Future feature

Booking

Collect preferred times and prepare slot options. A Pro/bundle feature or add-on; an operator always confirms before anything is booked.

Add-ons extend a plan — for example the Voice channel (coming soon), extra operator seats or extra usage. Baseline trust and minimum usefulness — including basic email intake, basic memory and human approval — are part of the product and are never sold as paid extras.
