What is Prospecting Autopilot?
A standalone outbound prospecting product for small B2B teams: a prospect list with CSV import, an AI lead finder, AI-drafted outreach emails in English, and a send queue that sends approved emails from your own SMTP mailbox. $49/month. Do I need an AI Receptionist plan to use Prospecting Autopilot?
No. Prospecting Autopilot works standalone — you can use it without any AI Receptionist plan, in the same app and account.
Does Prospecting Autopilot send emails automatically?
It never sends anything you have not approved. The AI drafts; you review, edit and approve each email. Approved emails are sent gradually from your own mailbox under a daily cap, and every email includes a one-click unsubscribe.
Does the AI reply to my customers automatically?
The AI phone receptionist and website chat can answer live from the knowledge base you provide. For email and intake forms, the AI drafts and triages, but customer-facing replies and internal triage notes are kept separate — nothing is sent to a customer automatically unless you explicitly configure it. Booking happens only according to your setup.
Is email intake a baseline feature or a paid add-on?
Email intake is part of the AI Receptionist baseline — included in both Starter and Pro, not a paid add-on. Inbound emails come into the same inbox by manual import, where the AI can draft a reply for an operator to review (live-mailbox auto-capture is on the roadmap).
How does the monthly message limit work?
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of handled inbound messages: up to 500 on Starter and up to 2,000 on Pro. The allowance resets each calendar month. Voice phone minutes are included with the Voice AI add-on and metered separately.
Is my data separated from other businesses?
Yes. Each business is fully separated, so your conversations, customers and leads are not visible to anyone else.
Will it make up answers?
The assistant is built to answer from the knowledge base you provide and to avoid inventing facts, prices or availability it was not given. The quality of answers depends on the information you load.
Which channels are supported?
Available now: AI phone receptionist, website chat, structured intake forms and email intake. The in-browser voice demo is a beta/demo experience. WhatsApp, Telegram and Instagram customer channels are planned, not connected and not sold as live.
Which languages does it speak?
Customer-facing chat and the AI phone receptionist answer in English and Spanish automatically — the assistant replies in the language the customer uses. Prospecting Autopilot drafts outreach emails in English. The app dashboard for your team is currently English-only.
Can I buy and start on my own?
Yes. Pick Starter or Pro, start the 14-day free trial, and complete the guided setup in the app yourself. Prospecting Autopilot can also be started self-serve from the same app. Billing is monthly in USD through Stripe.
