All AI Receptionist plans start with a 14-day free trial and carry a 30-day money-back guarantee — if it's not a fit, email us within 30 days of your first charge and we refund it. Chat-only plans (Starter, Pro) start with no card — without one the trial simply ends and nothing is charged. The phone bundles ask for a card at checkout because a real phone number is provisioned; cancel during the trial and pay nothing. Chat-only plans can also be billed yearly at 15% off — pick the yearly option on the app pricing page; phone bundles are billed monthly (the talk-minutes pool resets each month). If a phone plan’s minute pool runs out mid-month, the receptionist pauses answering calls until you top up or the pool resets — your dashboard shows the minute balance and warns you when it runs low, and we never charge overage automatically.
